GWS was established in 2023, expanding its offerings beyond coaching and training for female entrepreneurs and leaders. Evolving from The EQBIZ Academy, which has supported female entrepreneurs from start-up to growth level for more than five years, GWS recognized a gap in the market. GWS believes it must play a larger role in supporting women and leaders in business. By providing the right education and tools, GWS helps women grow, tackle challenges with confidence, enhance their strategic decision-making, and achieve financial freedom.

GWS is proud to be the first educational and collaboration platform designed specifically for women. Our platform is dedicated to helping women enhance their professional skills and establish themselves as leaders in their fields. GWS strives to cultivate an environment where women can thrive, innovate, and lead, thereby contributing to their passion and expertise in the business world.

Our first book, titled SHE INSPIRES LEADERS, was launched in 2022. It showcases the true stories of diverse women who have faced and overcome significant hardship in life. We highlight the journeys of ordinary women with extraordinary experiences to help inspire many women to embrace challenges with strength and dignity.  As such, GWS believe in the spirit of “when we are together, we grow stronger.”
